This policy is a 10 year term upon purchasing an order with us that for 10 years we will offer protection on your account.
What does your guarantee and security policy cover?
Everytime you order an account through us, you are covered by our guarantee policy.

- Or any other issues that were not caused on your behalf.
Why don't you offer a lifetime guarantee?
There is no such thing as a lifetime guarantee. We say this because
- These games will not be around an entire lifetime. MMO's normally last around 5 to 20 years. If the game informs you that it plans to close down it's server and game, then we could be liable. Since we have no control of this, we provide a maximum 10 year term.
- A lifetime cannot be properly defined as it could mean multiple things such as your lifetime, our companies lifetime, a gaming companies lifetime, or the lifetime the internet is active.
How can my 10 year policy be voided?
Your policy will automatically be voided if
- The account is suspended or disabled due to ordering power leveling services, in game items, or in game currency.
- The account is suspended or disabled due to the use of an automated device commonly known as botting.
- You have a billing issue with the gaming company (this is commonly known as you have money that is due to the game company) which caused a suspenion, ban, or disabled access to the game.
- You breached the game terms and conditions by doing something that was in clear violation of the games terms and conditions (this does not include buying and selling a virtual account, but includes things such as profanity or harming other players in game, spamming, botting, or things of this nature).
If the game company informs all it's customer it plans to shut down it's server and discontinue it's game, your policy will be automatically be voided.
What is the benefit of this policy?
This policy will provide you with a replacement account at or slightly above the value you paid for in exchange for your existing account upon our completed investigation on your existing account.
I don't want a new account, I want my existing account.
Please note, we will do everything in our power to work with the game companies to resolve all issues. Currently, we have a person on staff who can handle investigations like this, and has around a 80 to 90% success rate at resolving most common issues.
