One Battle.net account is equal to one account submission. It does not matter how many World of Warcraft accounts are attached to your Battle.net account as we only value the overall Battle.net account.

In order to receive a better quote for your Battle.net account, you must fill out your account submission with us as if you have one account which means you will only fill out one submission form. While filling out your submission form, any characters on a secondary World of Warcraft account that are attached to your battle.net account you can list in the “alternative characters box” with their information.

If you wish to receive even higher of a price for your accounts, we highly recommend contacting Blizzard, and removing each account merged to your battle.net so you have 2 or more battle.net accounts with one World of Warcraft account attached to them, and then resubmitting your accounts to us with how many account submissions per battle.net account.
