I received my account submission order status, but what does it mean?

Account Info Received

Your submission is pending to be processed. Once processed, your status will change to processing. No work is required on your end unless notified otherwise.

Processing

Your submission is being processed. We have sent an e-mail out to you which will notify you the final steps in order for us to complete payment on your account submission.

Needs More Verification

Your submission has been moved from processing to needing more verification in order for us to accept this. We will need to have a senior agent review your account submission in order for us to accept your account. No work is required on your end unless notified otherwise.

Your submission has been moved from awaiting e-mail changed to change initiated. Your order will soon be worked on by an agent. No more work is required on your end.

Account Verified

Your submission has been approved. Your account information has been changed, and you should have or are about to receive payment.

  2. You did not submit your account information to us which is the last step in completing your account submission.

  3. The information you attempted to submit to us did not reach our system

Offer Sent

Your submission is not complete. The reason is normally due to one or more of the following reasons.

  1. That you received a blank page (due to many people receiving a quote at one time)

  2. You did not submit your account information to us which is the last step in completing your account submission.

  3. The information you attempted to submit to us did not reach our system

In order to resolve this issue, you will need to re-submit your account information over again in order for an agent to review your account (the information is already saved as long as you did not delete your cookies or cache).
