More than a 10 digit number phone
If your phone number consists of MORE than 10 digit numbers then fill in the last 10 digits of your phone number into the phone box. An example is found below.
If your phone number is 63-213-288-1883 then you would fill in the last 10 being 213-288-1883
If your phone number is 491-1-488-2872 then you would fill in the last 10 being 911-488-2872
Less than a 10 digit number phone
If your phone number consists of LESS than 10 digit numbers then fill in the last 10 digits of your phone number into the phone box. An example is found below.
If your phone number is 13-288-1883 then you would fill in the missing numbers with a 0 so you'd fill it in like this 013-288-1883
If your phone number is 1-488-2872 then you would fill in the last 10 being 001-488-2872
