I tried to reset my lost password to my membership account, but it does not send to my email.

This maybe due to one of the following reasons
  • The password reset to you, but your e-mail company blocked our e-mail.
  • The reset password confirmation e-mail went to your JUNK/SPAM folder.
  • The e-mail you are resetting to on the membership account does not exist.
