Are all the accounts currently listed on your website for sale?
Yes. All accounts listed on our website are ready to be sold. Once a customer purchases an account and is verified, we remove the account from the website.
Do the accounts you sell come with an active subscription?
No. All accounts we sell will be inactive upon the time you receive the account information. You will be required to add your own billing method in order to subscribe and access your new account in game.
Can I request specific items for my account?
No. We currently do not buy or sell items. We cannot provide you specific gears.
Will you transfer my character and complete a character name change before I receive my account?
No. If you desire to transfer your character to a new server or account, or change your characters name, you will need to pay for this separately after your order has been delivered. Will the character be moved and name changed before I receive my account?
No. We provide guides on how to do this, however if you desire to change the characters name, server, and/or account, you will need to pay additional fees separate from this transaction in order to do so.
Do the accounts you sell come with the game?
Yes. However, you will need to install the games on your PC if you haven't already.
Will I need to pay for two accounts if I purchase from you?
Yes. This is an entirely new account you will receive. There is no way to merge this account to your existing account with the exception of Sony Online Entertainment Games, and some World of Warcraft accounts.

How can I get a screenshot of your characters?
We currently do not support screenshots of our characters due to security purposes as it could cause harm to the account. We plan however to offer this option in the near future.
Do I need to purchase CD Keys again if I purchase an account from you?
No. All accounts we sell come with CD Keys attached to the account. All you will need to do is download the game, and login.
